Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:
- Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit us for notary services.
- Be sure to bring all of the documents that need notarized with you. Make sure you bring the entire document, not just the page(s) that need to be notarized as the notary public will need to verify the title of the document.
- Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. Our notary is only authorized to witness the signing of documents. They are prohibited from helping prepare or assisting in completing documents.
- Some documents may require additional witnesses in addition to the notarization. Contact us prior to your visit to determine if we are able to accommodate.

If you are unable to come to our location, mobile notary service is available to the Reno/Sparks area. If you are unable to come to our location during regular store hours, our mobile notary public can also meet you after store hours. For mobile notary services, please call 775.338.2945.
Overnight Shipping
Now that you have your documents notarized, let us help you get them to their destination quickly. We offer next business day delivery via UPS with delivery options as early as 8:00 a.m. to most major cities in the U.S., or by 9:30 a.m. to most other cities. You can also choose delivery by both 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Tell us your need, and we can help you pick the option that’s right for you.
Copies
If you need to keep a copy of your notarized documents, we can handle that. Whether color or black & white, our copiers can produce letter, legal, ledger and tabloid sized copies quickly and efficiently. We can also finish the documents for you by stapling, binding, folding, collating or laminating.
Faxing
